Who Will Win Superbowl XLIII?

Of course, there is no way for me to know who will win Superbowl XLIII but here are some of my thoughts…
[1] My “head” tells me that the Steelers will win and probably quite easily but…
[2] My “heart” wants the Arizona Cardinals to win for a variety of reasons…
a- While I am not a devout Cardinals fan I have always liked them.
b- My dad had a friend who was a pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals and because of that, I guess I’ve always liked teams who use Cardinals as their team mascot
c- I am a Rams fan (they were horrible this year) and as Kurt Warner is a former Ram, I’m a Kurt Warner fan
d- As a Christian, I am an even bigger fan of Kurt Warner for having the guts to express and hold true to his faith even though it’s not popular with the media or probably with a lot of fans either.
Kurt devotes a lot of his off-season time to visiting disabled children (he has one of his own) and that is something that impresses me a lot. There are many talented athletes in Professional Football but there are few that I really admire as a human being and Kurt is one of them.
So, with that said…
I am rooting for the Cardinals but believe the Pittsburg Stealers will probably become the champions of the 2009 Superbowl.
Either way, it should be fun to watch!
